Musical Angels

These panels were commissioned as a wedding gift. They feature two angels – playing a lute and a trumpet respectively – in a heart shaped background. The heart’s background colour is turquoise – a mix of the blue and green behind the angel’s heads. This is to symbolise the unity of marriage.
